How long does order processing take?

Once the purchase order is generated, it takes 1-3 business days to leave our warehouse.

If it's Solid Gold or Sterling Silver, you don't have to worry. It will last a lifetime.

In the case of Gold Vermeil, being a gold-plated piece, it may eventually lose its original shine. However, unlike other gold-plated items, we use .925 Sterling Silver with a micron of 14k gold.

We recommend the following care instructions:

• Avoid getting it wet (while bathing, exercising, or swimming).
• Store it in the provided cloth bag when not in use.

We manufacture all our chains using only gold and silver, completing the entire process from casting to the finished product.
