Orders may be delayed during holidays, promotional periods such as EASTER, HOT SALE, SUMMER SALE, GOOD END, CELEBRATIONS,
Due to the high volume of orders during campaign periods, delivery times may be delayed.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order leaves our distribution center, you'll receive an email notification registered on our website, including your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Is my order insured during shipping?

All our shipments are insured , which means your purchase is protected in case of loss, damage, or any inconvenience during transit. If any problem arises, we'll help you resolve it.
What do I do if there is a problem with my package?
Important: Insurance coverage only applies upon receipt of the package . If you notice any damage or open packaging, please report it immediately before opening it.
- Take photographic evidence of the packaging and/or the damaged product.
- Do not discard the original packaging (may be requested)
- Photograph of the guide attached to the packaging

All photographs must be clear so your report can be validated. This is a maximum of twenty-four (24) calendar hours after receiving your order. After this period, the product will be deemed tacitly accepted.
Do you ship to all of Mexico?
Yes, Triangulum Workshop only offers service within the Mexican Republic.
Exchange and Return Policy
At Triangulum Workshop , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need an exchange or return, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Exchange for another product: If the product is too small or too large for you, or if you prefer a different thickness or model, we offer the option of exchanging it for another product from our store.
- The refund amount will be credited as a store credit (valid for a period of 4 months only) , valid only for purchases within our online store: triangulumworkshop.com
- Returns do not apply for aesthetic dissatisfaction : If the product does not meet your expectations in terms of design or appearance , unfortunately we will not be able to accept the return, only exchanges for another item in the store apply.
- We only accept one return per customer , so we recommend making sure you choose the correct model and size before confirming your purchase.
- Returns: You have up to 15 calendar days after purchase to return an item. After this period, we cannot process any returns.
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom pieces (such as engravings or special measurements).
- Jewelry adjusted at the customer's request .

At Triangulum Workshop, we are committed to offering products of the highest quality. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you may return it under the following conditions:
- We only accept returns for manufacturing defects within the first 24 calendar hours after receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused and with its original packaging.

Can I return custom-made pieces or custom-fitted jewelry?
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom pieces (such as engravings or special measurements).
- Jewelry adjusted at the customer's request .
Can I return a piece of jewelry if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we can exchange your order for a larger or smaller size within 15 calendar days of your purchase.

What happens if I don't send my INE?
In some specific cases, as a security measure and to protect against fraud or chargebacks, we may request an official identification (INE) to verify the buyer's identity.
If you decide not to send your INE when required , we reserve the right to:
